Zucchini With Parmesan

These are a light and healthy side dish.
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic, bottled minced
2 teaspoons lemon(s), juice only
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, shredded
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise from top to bottom. Cut each section again in half lengthwise. Cut strips in half leaving them approx 3 to 4 inches in length. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add zucchini to skillet and cook approx 5 minutes or until desired tenderness, turning occasionally until slightly browned on each side. Remove the skillet from the heat. Add garlic, lemon juice and Italian seasonings to the skillet. Gently mix. Transfer zucchini strips to serving dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
