Ingredients

1/3 cup vinegar, balsamic

1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin

1/4 cup vegetable broth, reduced sodium

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon basil, dried

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper, black

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a salad dressing shaker/container and chill before serving.
