Low Cal Root Beer Float

This is a light version that will satisfy your sweet tooth and fill you up. We use Designer Whey protein powder from Trader Joes but you can use any. Look for one with 3 grams or less of carbs and no sugar.

Ingredients

1 can soda, root beer, sugar free, 12 ounce can

1 scoop protein powder, vanilla flavored, such as Designer Whey

Preparation

Place 1 cup root beer and 1 scoop of protein powder in a blender and blend for 10 seconds. Add 1 to 2 cups of crushed ice and blend well. Pour mixture into a tall glass, then fill glass with remaining root beer.
