Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Simple and delicious snack or lunch item. Substitute the turkey with chicken, roast beef, ham or any lean deli sliced meats. Also, you can top with Dijonaise or other low fat dressing.
8 lettuce, romaine or iceberg, leaves
8 ounces turkey breast, sliced deli meat, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, english, sliced
1 pepper(s), bell, red, yellow, or green, seeded and thinly sliced
1/4 onion(s), red, thinly sliced
1/4 cup salad dressing, low fat ranch
Place lettuce leaves on a plate, top with sliced turkey and veggies. Drizzle with dressing and ground black pepper.
