Fresh Fruit Salad

Eating a variety of colorful fruits gives us a wider range of vitamins and antioxidants. This is a simple middle of the week salad or dessert.
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh
1/2 cup blackberries, fresh
1 apple(s), cored and chopped
1 orange(s), peeled and cut into cubes
Thoroughly wash all fruit and dry with a paper towel. Place all fruit in a medium bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over fruit. Gently toss and serve. For a dessert you can serve this with a spoon of low fat and sugar free frozen vanilla yogurt or a spoon of light whipped cream.
