Ingredients

6 ounces smoked Salmon

4 ounces cream cheese, 1/3 less fat

1 cucumber, english

1/4 onion(s), red

2 tablespoons capers

Preparation

Slice cucumbers and spread cream cheese on top of each slice. Top with a piece of salmon and garnish with chopped onions and capers. Arrange on a platter and serve.
