Chili Cheese Dip

You can use just about any canned or homemade chili for this. We like the bean chili's and one of our kids likes it without the cream cheese. All of them request their own bowl with their own chips for dinner and we are known to give in once in awhile. You can also use jack cheese in place of mozzarella.
1 can (15 ounces each) chili, vegetarian, or any favorite
1/2 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, 1/3 less fat
1 cup cheese, mozzarella, low moisture and part skim milk, shredded
1 bag(s) (10 ounces) Corn chips
In a medium, microwaveable bowl, combine chili and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute and then for 30 second intervals until the chili is hot. Stir occasionally. Stir in the mozzarella and microwave for 30 more seconds if necessary to melt the cheese. Serve with corn chips.
