Individual Meat Loaves

Serves: 6

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

Comments

The cooking time on these is far less than a whole meat loaf and my family prefers them over slices of a large meatloaf. The kids think they are fun and my husband thinks they taste better.

Ingredients

2 egg(s), large

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, low sodium

1 onion(s), medium, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper, black, ground

1/3 cup bread crumbs, Italian herb flavored

2 pounds ground beef, extra lean

1/2 cup ketchup

cooking spray, for baking sheet

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat egg in a large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients except for ketchup. Combine ingredients with your hands. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and form small loaves. Place on prepared baking sheet. Brush ketchup over tops (or barbeque sauce) and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
