Sometimes I forget how much my husband and kids really like this. Leftovers make great sandwiches the next day.
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, extra lean
1/2 onion(s), medium, chopped
1 egg(s), large
1/4 cup milk, 1% fat
1/3 cup bread crumbs, Italian herb flavored
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, low sodium
1/4 teaspoon pepper, black, ground
1/2 cup ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, using your hands to gently combine. Place parchment paper on bottom of baking dish. Place mixture on parchment paper and shape it into a loaf. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour until cooked through. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
