Cinnamon Bagel Crisps

These make a great snack or lunch item to go.
3 bagels, whole grain or any (not split or sliced)
2 teaspoons canola oil or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Slice bagels into 1/8 inch slices from top to bottom. Arrange bagel slices on baking sheet. Brush lightly with oil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly toasted. In a small bowl mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over bagels until coated. Cool, shake of excess sugar mixture and serve.
