Peanut Butter Pretzel Pops

HUGE hit with the toddlers and the teens!
1 package chocolate chip cookie dough, 16 ounce
1 cup peanuts, roasted and salted, crushed
12 pretzel rods, halved
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Crush peanuts by placing them in a zip lock bag and then crushing with a rolling pin or heavy measuring cup. Pour the peanuts on a plate. Roll cookie dough squares into balls and roll in the peanuts. Be generous with the peanuts. If necessary reshape the dough into a ball. Push the broken half of a pretzel rod to but not through the other side of the dough ball. Arrange on the cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.
