Green Bean Casserole

This is a light version of a traditional casserole. Great for holidays or when feeding a crowd.
18 ounces green beans, frozen, cut, thawed and drained
1/2 onion(s), large, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, Low Cal Low Sod, Such as Campbells Healthy Request
1/2 cup sour cream, low fat or light
1/4 cup bread crumbs, Italian herb flavored
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, black, ground
Place butter and oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until onions are tender. Add bread crumbs and stir. Set aside for topping. Thaw and drain green beans. Combine soup, sour cream, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and stir. Add green beans and stir. Spray a 1 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour green bean mixture into casserole dish. Top with onion bread crumb mixture and parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until top is browned and casserole is bubbling.
