It's always nice to freshen up the dinner table with a little fruit salad, especially during the winter months! When peaches, berries and other fruits aren't available fresh, use frozen to enjoy them year round. Grapes or raisins are a nice addition, or make your own version depending on what is available.

1 cup blueberries, frozen

1 cup peaches, frozen

2 tablespoons coconut, flaked

Preparation

Peel and slice banana and place in a medium bowl. Cut skin and flesh from the orange and cut into one inch pieces. Cut peaches into 1 inch pieces. Add blueberries and coconut, gently toss and serve.
