Easy Chicken Soft Tacos

Using a rotisserie chicken makes this meal a quick, yet delicious one. It is also a great way to use leftover chicken.
2 cups rotisserie chicken or precooked chicken
8 tortillas, corn
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 green onion(s) , chopped
1 jalapeno chili pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cups corn, fresh
2 tablespoons lime(s), juice only
1 can (15 ounces each) black beans, canned, rinsed and drained well
1 avocado(s), Haas or any, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
In a large, microwave safe bowl combine oil, onion and jalapeno. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring once. Add beans, chicken and corn, cover with paper towels or a vented cover and microwave for 2 more minutes. Meanwhile, make the avocado salsa in a small bowl. Combine lime juice, avocado and cilantro. Warm tortillas by wrapping them in damp paper towels and microwaving the stack for about 20 seconds. Divide chicken/bean mixture and avocado salsa among the tortillas. Serve with lime.
