Pour a small layer of marinara on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top of the marinara, breaking them to fit if necessary. Add a layer of meat, then marinara, then dollops of ricotta cheese and mozzarella. repeat with two more layers, reserving a half cup of mozzarella and the parmesan for topping at the end of the cooking process. Cover and cook on the low setting for 4 to 4 1/2 hours until noodles are soft and cooked through. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan and keep on low setting for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
