Upside Down Cheese and Meat Pizza
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes plus 20 minutes
This is a pizza made in a casserole dish with the crust on top!
1 pound ground beef, extra lean
24 ounces marinara sauce, already prepared, jar or deli
1 cups cheese, mozzarella, low moisture and part skim milk, shredded
1 pizza dough, refrigerated roll such as Pillsbury, (13.8 ounces)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown and drain ground beef. Stir in marinara sauce and bring to a low boil. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Top with cheese. Press pizza dough over the dish, sealing the edges. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
