Nectarine and Field Greens Salad

You could also add chopped chicken to this sweet and savory salad.
4 cups lettuce, mixed greens
2 nectarines or peaches
1/4 cup cheese, feta, crumbled
1/4 cup nuts, almonds, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
1 tablespoon vinegar, rice, seasoned
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
To make the dressing, mix vinegar, oil, honey, Dijon and shallots in the bottom of a large bowl. Add field greens, sliced nectarins and feta cheese and toss. Top with almonds and serve.
