Slow Cooker Asian Pork Ribs

Ribs made in the slow cooker are so tender and easy to make. They are high in fat and sodium, so eat in moderation.

Ingredients

3 1/2 pounds spareribs, pork

1/3 cup Hoisin sauce

1/4 cup vinegar, rice, seasoned

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper, black, ground

4 green onion(s)

Preparation

Cut the spareribs into sections of about 3 ribs each, trim fat from the ribs, and place in the bottom of the slow cooker. Chop green onions and set aside for garnish. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour sauce over ribs and rub to make sure all ribs are coated. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for about 7 hours. Remove from slow cooker and top with green onions.
