Turkey Waldorf Salad

This salad is quick to make as the cabbage and carrots are pre-shredded and the turkey is precooked.
3/4 cup ranch dressing, light or reduced fat
4 tablespoons vinegar, cider
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon pepper, black, ground
10 ounces coleslaw mix (shredded carrots and cabbage)
1 bag carrot(s), shredded
1 cup turkey breast, cooked, boneless, cooked, chopped
3/4 cup nuts, walnuts, chopped
To make the dressing mix together ranch dressing, vinegar, honey and pepper. In a large salad bowl, combine cole slaw mix, shredded carrots, turkey, apple and walnuts. Toss together with dressing. For best results allow salad to refrigerate for an hour to blend flavors.
