Cobb Salad Wraps With Chicken

This is a quick dinner or a great picnic or lunch. Use precooked bacon and rotisserie chicken for a quick meal. Try using low fat or whole grain tortillas.
4 tortillas, flour or other 8 inch
1/2 pounds rotisserie chicken or precooked chicken, breast meat, skin removed, cubed
1/2 avocado(s), Haas or any
2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
2 tomato(es), medium
2 cups lettuce, romaine, chopped
2 slices bacon, precooked and reduced sodium
1/4 cup ranch dressing, light or reduced fat
1 egg(s), large, hard boiled
Place eggs in a small sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 11 minutes. Drain water and cool. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and chicken(skin removed, breast meat only) and place in a medium bowl. Add blue cheese and 1 tablespoon dressing and mix well. Heat bacon in microwave for 45 seconds. Drain oil and chop. Add to lettuce. Chop egg and add to lettuce. Mix well. Spread remaining ranch dressing over the tortillas. Spoon salad mixture onto one half of each tortilla. Roll and place on a plate seam side down. Cut in half and serve.
