Slow Cooker Barbeque Beef Back Ribs

Cooking Time: 4 hours on high, 7 hours on low
These are so tender made in the slow cooker. Watch the serving size and frequency of eating these, as they are high in fat!
2 1/2 pounds beef back ribs, lean, fat trimmed
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons brown sugar, light
1 teaspoon soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon vinegar, cider
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, low sodium
Mix ketchup, Dijon, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Cut the ribs into single pieces. Place ribs in the slow cooker and coat with sauce, using your hands to rub the sauce over them. Cook for 4 hours on high or 7 hours on low. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce for dipping at the table if desired.
