Grilled Mediterranean Tortilla Pizza

Cooking Time: 8 minutes
If you do not want to heat up the grill or grill pan you can do these in the oven on broil. Watch carefully to prevent burning. Makes a great appetizer or main dish.
4 tortillas, whole wheat 7 inch
1/2 cup cheese, feta, reduced fat such as Athens, crumbled
2 tomato(es), medium, thinly sliced
1/3 cup kalamata olives
2 green onion(s) , chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper, black, ground
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray, place on grill and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Turn tortilla over. Top tortilla with the tomato, olives, feta, onions and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Cook for 2 -3 more minutes. Watch carefully to avoid burning. Serve.
