Raspberry Peach Parfait

Simple, nutritious and delicious!
1 peach(es), fresh, large
1 cup raspberries, fresh
6 lowfat cookies, small such as lowfat Nilla Wafers, or graham crackers
1 1/2 cups frozen yogurt, vanilla, low fat and no sugar added, low fat or non fat
1/2 cup whipped cream, light
Place the cookies in a zip lock bag and smash with a meat mallet or rolling pin. Cut the peach into small cubes. Sprinkle a spoonful of cookie crumbs on the bottom of a parfait or cocktail glass. Arrange some of the peaches and raspberries over that, then add some frozen yogurt. Top with remaining fruit, then cookies, and then whipped cream. Enjoy!
