Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Shake

This is a quick and easy snack.
4 scoops frozen yogurt, vanilla, low fat
1 cup milk, 1% fat
2 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Blend all ingredients. Serve. You can also blend some ice with it if desired.
