Fresh Pineapple with Dip

As a convenience, many grocery stores carry pre-sliced fresh pineapple. The dip works great with a variety of fruits too.

Ingredients

1 pineapple, fresh

2 tablespoons brown sugar, light, packed

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoons lime(s), juice

3 ounces cream cheese, 1/3 less fat, softened

1/2 cup yogurt, low fat plain

1 teaspoon lime(s), zest

Preparation

Cut pineapple into spears and arrange on serving plate. Beat all other ingredients until smooth and refrigerate until serving.
