Peaches and Plums with Balsamic Sauce

This is a simple and nutritious dessert for mature taste buds.
2 peach(es), fresh
2 cups frozen yogurt, vanilla, nonfat
1/4 cup vinegar, balsamic
Cut the fruit into quarters and remove the stones. Place fruit in a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Drizzle fruit with balsamic vinegar and bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. Allow the fruit to cool, the vinegar will thicken as it cools. Serve slightly warm fruit over frozen yogurt, drizzling the vinegar over the top.
