Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

This is so simple and you can use many other fruits such as peach slices, grapes, apples, pineapple, etc.
1 pint strawberries, fresh, tops on
1 cup cream cheese, 1/3 less fat, whipped
1/3 cup sour cream, low fat or light
3 tablespoons brown sugar, light, packed
1 tablespoon milk, 1% fat
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup graham crackers, crumbled
Wash the strawberries and pat dry. Do not remove stems. Beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Place cheesecake mixture, graham cracker crumbs and strawberries into separate bowls. Dip strawberries into cheese cake dip and then into graham crackers.
