Kids Club Nachos

Try baked tortilla chips or chips that do not have hydrogenated oils in them. There are many good choices available now.
6 cups tortilla chips
2 cups cheese, cheddar, shredded
1 can black beans, reduced sodium, 15 ounce
1 avocado(s), Haas or any, chopped
1 tomato(es), medium, chopped
Preheat oven to broil. Place about 15 chips in a single layer on each of 4 oven safe plates (or put a layer of chips on a baking sheet). Divide and sprinkle the cheese and black beans among the 4 plates. Broil for 1 - 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top nachos with tomato and avocado. Be careful, the plates are hot! Serve.
