We like the Trader Joe's Garlic and Herb pizza dough for this.

Ingredients

1 pizza dough, refrigerated roll such as Pillsbury, (13.8 ounces)

2/3 cup(s) marinara sauce, already prepared, jar or deli

1 cup(s) cheese, mozzarella, low moisture and part skim milk, shredded

1 cup(s) tomato(es), grape or cherry, sliced in half

1/2 cup(s) kalamata olives, quartered

1/4 onion(s), medium, finely chopped

1/4 cup(s) basil, fresh, rolled and thinly sliced

cooking spray, olive oil type

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray two pie pans or shallow baking dishes with olive oil spray. Split pizza dough into two equal pieces. Roll out dough to fit pie pans and press into pans. Divide and top the dough with the pizza sauce, mozzarella, tomatoes, olives and onions. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven, add basil and serve
