BBQ Corn on the Cob

A fresh and delicious summer treat. Definitely a favorite for everyone! For a variety of tastes, different seasonings such as lemon pepper, garlic salt or cajun flavors may be added to individual cobs after grilling. Enjoy!
4 ears corn, fresh
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
2 tablespoon(s) butter
1 tablespoon(s) parsley, fresh, chopped
Preheat grill to medium heat. Pull back husks from cob or remove if desired. Remove silk from cobs. Brush oil on ears of corn and place directly onto grill or replace husks around cobs and tie with kitchen string to secure. Grill corn for 15-20 minutes turning frequently until desired doneness. Remove cobs from grill and brush with butter and top with parsley.
