4 cups watermelon, seedless, cubed
1 tablespoon lime(s), juice only
1 teaspoon honey
Fill blender with watermelon pieces and lime juice. Blend for about 45 seconds until very smooth. Taste and add honey or more lime juice if desired. Pour and serve, or strain and serve over ice with a small piece of watermelon as garnish.
