Balsamic BBQ Chicken

For layers of flavor, we grill the chicken first, then add the sauce to the chicken.
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1/3 cup vinegar, balsamic
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic, bottled minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, low sodium
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, black, ground
1 tablespoon olive oil
Place the vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon. garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a small sauce pan and cook over medium low heat for about 10 minutes,stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, place a skillet over medium high heat. Add oil. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken and brown for about 4 minutes on each side. Pour the sauce over the chicken, reduce the heat to simmer and place the lid on the skillet, cooking for about 2 to 3 minutes more until chicken is cooked through. Place the chicken on a plate and spoon the sauce over it.
