Rosemary Gorgonzola Bread

This recipe uses refrigerated bread dough and dresses it up a little.
1 bread dough, refrigerated French, such as Pillsbury
2 ounce(s) gorgonzola cheese
1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh
1/4 cup nuts, pine nuts
cooking spray, olive oil type
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Remove the dough from the roll and place on the baking sheet. Spray the top of the bread with olive oil cooking spray (or any cooking spray). Chop the leaves of the rosemary. Sprinkle the cheese over the bread and press it down. Do the same with the rosemary and the pine nuts. Bake in the upper third of the oven for about 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
