You can use fresh or frozen berries with this. Using nonfat frozen yogurt makes this more like a shake.
2 cups blueberries, fresh, or frozen
2 cups frozen yogurt, vanilla, nonfat
1/2 cup orange juice
Place 2 cups of ice along with the blueberries, yogurt and orange juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with extra berries and mint leaves for garnish if desired.
