Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This makes a great dessert or snack. Add some protein powder for extra nutrition.
2 cups strawberries, frozen, or fresh, sliced
2 cups frozen yogurt, vanilla, nonfat
1/2 cup milk, 1% fat
1/2 cup orange juice
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve with a strawberry or mint leaf as garnish.
