These make great snacks and are also good served with asian soups or salads.
4 eggroll wrappers
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
cooking spray, olive oil type
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Using a pizza cutter or a knife, cut each eggroll wrapper into 4 squares and then cut each square in half to make triangle shapes. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the strips out on the baking sheet.Spray the tops with cooking spray and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Press down on the seeds lightly with your fingers. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes until light golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and serve on a plate.
