Walnut and Rosemary Crisps

These are a quick and simple snack or great served with a salad, soup or glass of wine.
4 eggroll wrappers
1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh, chopped
1 tablespoon nuts, walnuts, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Using a pizza cutter or a knife, cut each eggroll wrapper into 3 strips. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the strips out on the baking sheet. Finely chop the rosemary leaves and the walnuts and sprinkle on top of the strips. Press down on the nuts lightly with your fingers. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 6 to 7 minutes until light golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and serve on a plate.
