Glazed Ham with Honey Mustard Sauce

The ham takes awhile to cook, but it is very easy, and makes great leftovers for sandwiches, omelets, and casseroles. This is VERY high in sodium, so you may want to cut the serving size or shop for a low sodium ham.
8 pound ham, spiral cut, fully cooked,cured
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed from jar
In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, one half cup of honey and the orange juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Place the ham in a large baking dish or roasting pan. Coat with the brown sugar glaze. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for about 10 minutes per pound, which is an hour and 20 minutes. To make the honey mustard sauce, place one third cup of honey, the garlic and the dijon in a small microwavable bowl. Cook in the microwave for one and a half minutes. Stir, and cook for another 30 seconds. Serve on the side with the ham.
