Sugar Snap Peas with Garlic Sesame Oil

These cook quickly, and are best served slightly crunchy, so don't overcook. You can use snow peas or sugar snap peas, both are delicious!
1 pound snow peas or sugar snap peas
2 teaspoons sesame oil, dark
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic, bottled minced
dash sesame seeds, optional
dash soy sauce, low sodium, optional
Trim the ends of the peas if desired, remove string from tops. Heat a skillet over medium to medium high heat. Add the sesame oil and then the garlic and stir. Add the snow peas and stir fry, stirring constantly for 2 or three minutes until crisp tender. Add low sodium soy sauce and sesame seeds if desired.
