Red, White and Blue Ambrosia Frozen Yogurt

This is a fun summer dessert and perfect colors for 4th of July. Serve in some fun glasses. To lower the calories and fat, look for Fat Free Frozen Yogurt.
2 cups frozen yogurt, vanilla, low fat
1 cup grapes, seedless
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon coconut, flaked, toasted
4 strawberries, fresh
1 cup blueberries, fresh
In a medium bowl add the orange juice and the honey and whisk until mixed well. Cut the strawberries and bananas and add to the bowl. Add the grapes and blueberries and mix gently. Spoon the yogurt evenly into four glasses or small bowls. Pour the fruit on top. Sprinkle with coconut and serve.
